WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT!

Promotion Summary

  • Promotion: ‘Win a Holiday!’ Shingle Inn Competition.

  • Promotional Period Start Date: Wednesday, 15th May 2024 at 12:00pm AEST.
  • Promotional Period End Date: Thursday, 2nd July 2024 at 11:59pm AEST.

Entry Mechanism

  • Eligible entrants: Permanent residents in QLD, NSW, VIC, SA and WA, who are 18 years of age or older and a registered member of Shingle Inn’s InnerCircle Loyalty Program (in accordance with the program’s terms and conditions located at shingleinn.com), who swipes their card in-store for an eligible purchase valued at $20 or more in a single transaction.
  • Entry Procedure: To enter the promotion, each registered Shingle Inn InnerCircle Member must swipe their loyalty card at the time of making a purchase of $20 or more in a single transaction to make a valid entry and will be automatically entered.
  • Multiple Entries: Yes.

Prize

  • Prize value: AUD $4,000.00 (including GST).
  • Prize details: The winner will receive one (1) x $4,000.00 (inclusive of GST) travel voucher from Helloworld Travel Wynnum ABN 38 089 912 836. The travel voucher is subject to Helloworld Travel Wynnum’s terms and conditions, including availability of travel dates. The winner is responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, and any required visas, vaccinations, travel documentation and relevant insurance. All other expenses and costs associated with receiving the travel voucher are the sole responsibility of the prize winner.
  • Method of draw: Electronic draw system.
  • Number of winners: One (1).
  • Winner notification: The winner will be notified by a representative from Shingle Inn Franchising within one (1) week from draw date. The winner of this promotion will be notified via phone and/or email to their registered contact details and will be sent instructions on how to redeem their prize.

Promotion Terms and Conditions

  1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
  2. Entry to the competition commences 15/05/24 at 12:00pm AEST and finishes 02/07/24 at 11:59pm AEST.
  3. Entry is open to everyone 18 years of age or older. Employees and Contractors of Shingle Inn Franchising Pty Ltd (The Promoter) and Helloworld Travel Wynnum’s (Prize Supplier) are ineligible to enter.
  4. To enter the promotion, each registered Shingle Inn InnerCircle Member must swipe their loyalty card at the time of making a purchase of $20 or more in a single transaction to make a valid entry, and will be automatically entered.
  5. Multiple entries permitted. Customers can enter as many times as they like during the promotional period using this method.
  6. The value of the Australian prize pool is $4,000 AUD in the form of 1 x Helloworld Travel Wynnum gift card.
  7. Winners will be drawn on 03/07/24 at Shingle Inn Franchise Office. Winners will be contacted via phone and/or email, and their prize will be mailed to their preferred postal or email address. All reasonable attempts will be made to contact the winner. If a prize is not claimed by the winner by the time stipulated by the promoter upon notification; or forfeited for any reason, that prize will be awarded to the next best entry.
  8. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any person who tampers with the entry process.
  9. The Promoter does not accept responsibility for late, lost, misdirected entries or entries not received by the Promoter.
  10. In the event of war, terrorism, state of emergency or disaster, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion, subject to any written directions from a relevant regulatory authority.
  11. The personal information supplied to the Promoter for the purpose of redeeming prizes may be used for future marketing and publicity purposes, and this information may be disclosed to organisations to which we outsource our mailing functions. The personal information may also be disclosed to third parties to determine whether an entrant has breached these terms and conditions. You consent to us so using and disclosing your personal information. Please contact us if you do not wish us to use your personal information for these purposes, or if you wish to access, correct or update the information.
